The Books that you will find on our website will all have something to do with Native American topics. When we look to purchase items that will fall into this category, we try to pick ones that will cover topics of interest, and that we think will appeal to our loyal customer base.
We also will go out of our way to offer books that are sometimes hard for other retailers to find and these items are sometimes very collectible and will increase in value as time passes. When possible, we try to add even more potential value to a book, by personally having the author/s sign them.
Some of the books you'll find on this website originate from the Pipestone, MN area. The books were written by local author's and/or organizations. For whatever reason, these books occasionally are very hard for people to get their hands on unless if they have a "local connection" or visit the area personally. We want to make these books available to people who do not live in "Indian Country".
You will occasionally find "used" books on this page and if that's the case, it will be clearly stated in the individual description for that particular item. Occasionally there will be antique and very collectible books available that may date as far back as the 1800's.
If you personally know of a book, that you think might be of interest to our customer base, we'd love to hear from you. Just send us a brief email letting us know why you think it might be something that would appeal to our customers and if we agree, we will do our best to get a hold of the publisher and see if it's a possibility that we could offer the item on our website. If it's an older book and is hard to find, or a relatively new book that's very hard to get your hands on it, we'd still like to hear from you, because we like the challenge of getting out there and trying to find those types of items.
