Here's a cute set of salt & pepper shakers made out of sperm whale teeth. They are functional and measure about 3-3/8" tall.

As you can see on the photo, there's some top-quality scrimshaw art of a moose done on each of the shakers.

This is an item that we traded for in the summer of 2003 and we are unsure of its' age or origin.
