4-Winds Native American Ceremonial 4 Winds Pipes - Traditional 4-Winds Pipes (T-pipes)
20-3/8" Ceremonial 4-Winds Pipe
$110.00

The total length of this eremonial catlinite pipe is 20-3/8" long. Catlinite or Pipestone as it is commonly referred to is a type of stone that has been used for ceremonial pipes for 100's of years. Catlinite pipes were most common among the Plains Indians, as the territory that the stone comes from was known as "Sioux" territory.

The 4-winds bowl measures app. 5" long and it is just over 3" tall. This is a traditional 4- winds pipe.

Like most of our 4-winds pipes, the rings and designs on this one were put on the pipe bowl after the pipe was waxed. The stone used for this pipe bowl is gorgeous... If you enlarge the photo you'll see the many, many, spots or "stars" in the bowl... The entire pipe is a nice red color.

The pipe is signed by "Hapan". The stem is made out of California Redwood. It is decorated with traditional Sioux beadwork (using the colors of the 4-directions) and nice soft deer leather fringes.

The pipe is fully functional, will smoke great, and will make a great ceremonial or personal pipe for someone.
