This is a pair of friendship feather earrings.
Friendship feathers represent two people who are extremely close to one another. This could be a grandparent/grandchild, parent/child, best friends, uncle/niece, brother/sister, sister/sister, husband/wife, boyfriend/girlfriend, etc... A person just knows when you have a friendship like this. It could be 2 people who have been through thick and thin together, people who have struggled through some unbearably difficult times and shared some of the best times of their lives together. These earrings are app. 1-5/8" long when measuring them without adding the length of the sterling silver wires. With the wires they are app. 2-5/8" long and they will "dangle" a little bit for those of you who like that. They are nice and thin at 1/16" app. so they are very lightweight and comfortable to wear. The earrings are also available with surgical steel posts on them instead of the wires for an additional $2.50.
