Traditional Ceremonial Elbow Pipes

Elbow Pipes Native American Elbow, L Bowl Pipes, - Traditional Ceremonial Elbow Pipes
$55.00

The total length of this pipe is only 7-5/8" long. The bowl measures 2" long and it is 1-5/8" tall. This is a hand crafted traditional crested elbow or "L" bowl pipe made out of a beautiful and very rare spotted brownish colored pipestone. This pipe has that very unique color throughout the entire pipe.

The elbow style of pipe was probably one of the most used pipes for casual smoking in yesteryears. Elbow Pipes were made to rest against the ground with ease while it was being smoked. One could make the stem however long it was needed for ease of use. The "crest" that you see on this pipe was also occasionally seen years ago. It added some character to the pipe, as well as more time to comlete the project. This size pipe is great to use as a personal Pipe, when you want to pray using the Pipe.

The pipe is signed by "Hapan" on the bottom of it.

The stem is made out of California redwood. It is decorated with a simple pheasant feather drop.

The pipe is fully functional and will work very well for a nice little personal pipe to pray with. This is an exceptionally nice and very unique elbow pipe. The stem has excellent draw so I'm certain that it will smoke great.
